The goblin scribes of the organizing committee suggest two registration forms:
[Qualifications through the public league begin June 1st]
The Naggaroth public League will be dedicated to the World Cup for the entire month of June. Each game played in this League will be counted for qualifications; the twelve best players on June 30 will be entered into the second round of the competition.
For the sake of fairness, the Naggaroth rankings will be reset the night of May 31st. Attempting to qualify via the public League is acceptable, and does not violate the “1 entry per coach” restriction.

To give each coach a shot at the tournament, the High Organization Goblin suggests that at all private Leagues can qualify for the World Cup. For more information on the role of private Leagues in the 2011 World Cup, please visit the Organization page of the World Cup.
If you wish to participate head over to the forums and register for one of the official qualifying leagues – it’s free and it only takes a few moments. The leagues are divided up by language (English, French, German, Italian , Spanish or Russian), and has its own set of rules. Just choose the league that appeals to you, depending on language, timeframe, and number of seats still available.
If the maximum number of players for a League has already been reached, you can enroll in another League or register as a Freebooter, and special tournaments will be organized for Freebooters.
