Goblin scribes have tirelessly toiled under their master’s whiplash to invent the ultimate Blood Bowl competition. They polled famous Blood Bowl coaches from around the league, and after a great deal of squabbling, the scribes finally proposed a new tournament.
Here is what they came up with:
Qualifying Round
There are two ways to qualify for the Blood Bowl Championship:
Leagues
Until the April 14th, League admins can submit their league to enter the qualifying rounds leading up to the World Cup.

Players:
From April 18th, individual players may also join the World Cup qualifying Leagues.

Competition Details
- Qualifying leagues will be split into 4 Groups. Each Group will then organize a tournament, wherein the winner will join the 3 other qualifying winners for the Final Four.
- Each League will have until July 31st to name the 29 qualified players for the tournament of its Group. 3 players who qualified from the public league will also have the opportunity to join each tournament. There will then be a total of 32 players in each Group tournament.
- The number of qualifying tickets in each League will depend on the numbers of players involved in the League and the number of players involved in the Group of the League.
- The Group tournaments will take place in August and September, leading up to the Final Four.
- The winner of this Final Four will be declared the 2011 Blood Bowl World Champion!
